The condo was dated as it hadn’t been upgraded since purchased and as an elderly widower it had not been cleaned that well over the years. Tanner and team were able to direct us in our options and give good, reputable and well researched advice and even helped us get a company to come in and discard all the old items and get the house in order for listing. Tanner helped us decide whether to sell outright to a flipper or to put it on the market as is. His advice and knowledge helped us gain $35k more net gain without sinking money into updates and repairs or just selling to a flipper as is. Tanner and his team worked diligently to walk us though the process and all the less than usual sale scenarios and requirements since we were the POAs of the property.
